Objectives

The SVoVET (Social Value of Vocational Esthetician's Training) project is driven by the need to address critical gaps and opportunities in vocational education and training (VET), particularly within the esthetics sector. The project is designed to make a meaningful impact on estheticians, vulnerable populations, and society as a whole by focusing on specialized training that meets the evolving needs of both professionals and their clients.

Results

The project aims to create and implement a comprehensive curriculum for estheticians centered on socio-esthetic practices. This training will equip estheticians with the necessary skills to provide tailored services that address both the aesthetic and psychosocial needs of fragile individuals. The collaboration between vocational schools, esthetic professionals, and key stakeholders across Europe will be an important working line for the SVoVET project. This international cooperation will facilitate the co-creation of a culturally sensitive and robust training program that meets the diverse needs of estheticians and their clients across different regions.
